Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Plants and live goods
- Food and consumable products
- Pre-orders, custom items, and personalized products
- Promotional offers, clearance merchandise, or gift cards
Exchanges for eligible items:
- Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply for non-defective items.
- We cannot accept damaged, incomplete, or altered items.
Receiving Damaged or incorrect items upon pick-up:
Please inspect your order upon pickup. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours at info@visitrainbow.com. See “How to start an exchange” for the instructions. We’ll make it right.
How to start an exchange:
1. Email at info@visitrainbow.com with:
- Full name & Order Number
- Item(s) you want to exchange
- Reason for exchange (include photos if damaged or incorrect).
2. Wait for confirmation before bringing your item in-store.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds except when a replacement is unavailable for damaged or incorrect items. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by your bank or card issuer.
