What are your store hours and location?

We’re open Monday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (closed Thursdays). You can find us at:

Can I visit the store in person?

Yes! Even though we haven’t officially launched yet, customers are welcome to come browse or pick up online orders. Our grand opening is expected in July or August 2025, so stay tuned on our by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Instagram!

Are all in-store items available online?

Not yet. We’re still updating our website, so some items are only available in-store for now.

Do you speak Vietnamese or Chinese at the store?

Yes — some staff may be able to assist customers in English, Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin. If you need help, ask a staff member for language support.

What happened to your store in Chinatown?

We were originally located in Chinatown, LA, but due to gentrification, we had to move. We're excited to have found a new home in Rosemead, where we can continue to serve our community. You can read more about our story on the About Us page.

📦 Orders & Pickup

Do you offer shipping or local delivery?

Not at the moment. Since we’re still setting up our new store location and updating our online inventory, we’re focusing on in-store pickup only for now. This helps us ensure your items are in stock and handled with care.

If you’re interested in bulk orders or need help with transportation, feel free to call or email us — we’ll do our best to work something out.

How does in-store pickup work?

Once you place an order online, we’ll send a confirmation email within 24–48 hours letting you know when your order is ready for pickup. You can then visit the store during open hours to collect it. Please have your confirmation email ready.

How long will you hold my order?

We recommend picking up your order within 48 hours. After that, your items may be restocked. If you need more time, please call or email us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, someone else can pick up your order — just make sure they have your name and order number (a screenshot works too). To make things even smoother, feel free to add their name in the "Leave a note for pickup" section at the cart, so we can verify them when they arrive.

💳 Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards and digital payments online. For in-store purchases, we also accept Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not accept returns, but eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days with the original receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition.

🌱 Plants & Care

What does "easy care" mean?

"Easy care" plants are beginner-friendly and low-maintenance. They can tolerate missed waterings, adapt to most indoor light, and don’t need constant attention to thrive. Most of them prefer bright to medium indirect sunlight and watering about once a week.

How do I care for my plant?

Each product page includes basic care instructions. Most of our plants prefer indirect sunlight and weekly watering.

Are your plants pet-safe or kid-safe?

Some are, some aren’t. As a general rule, we recommend keeping all plants out of reach of pets and children.

🧧 Cultural & Feng Shui Items

Do your altar or feng shui items have spiritual meaning?

Yes — many of our items are tied to specific cultural or spiritual practices. Please check each product page for more details.

Are any of your items blessed or consecrated?

All spiritual items are brand new and not blessed in advance. We encourage you to visit your local temple or spiritual center to have them consecrated according to your tradition. That said, we believe that with sincere intention and heartfelt devotion, these items will carry the blessings and energy they are meant to hold.

Can I ask for guidance on how to use or place altar or feng shui items?

Absolutely! We're happy to offer basic guidance on using or placing altar and feng shui items.

However, to help us manage daily operations and fulfill orders efficiently, we kindly ask that all altar & feng shui related inquiries be sent via email. This allows us to respond thoughtfully while keeping our store running smoothly. Thank you for your understanding!
